One of the first things that caught my eye with this book was the pictures, they are just gorgeous. Now I am not one that is completely jumping on the Keto bandwagon, but I do think it has some great benefits and I am always looking for recipes and ideas on limiting the amount of carbs in my food. And this book has recipes in it for every meal of the day including sugar free drinks. The layout of this book and using the index and table of contents makes it very easy to find what ever you are looking for. I know that I will be trying many of the recipes here and if they are half as good as the pictures I know I will not be disappointed.
