Keto is the top-trending supportive diet. Bolstering its reputation is research that strongly suggests that a keto diet may help reverse diabetes, obesity, cancer, and the effects of aging. However, in order to reap the benefits, you need to stick to the keto plan at every meal. That can be challenging when eating breakfast during your commute or figuring out what to eat for dinner after a long day. And what to do about lunch? Especially when your lunch "hour" may be 10 minutes at your desk. With Keto All Day you won't be tempted to blow your keto diet on a carb-filled snack or a processed convenience meal simply because you are tired, rushed, or just don't know what to prepare.

One of the first things that caught my eye with this book was the pictures, they are just gorgeous. Now I am not one that is completely jumping on the Keto bandwagon, but I do think it has some great benefits and I am always looking for recipes and ideas on limiting the amount of carbs in my food. And this book has recipes in it for every meal of the day including sugar free drinks. The layout of this book and using the index and table of contents makes it very easy to find what ever you are looking for. I know that I will be trying many of the recipes here and if they are half as good as the pictures I know I will not be disappointed.

Emma Whisperer’s journey continues in this sequel to the Extinction series. Emma, the last eighteen-year–old in Territory L, finally escapes Territory L and makes it into Territory M. She tries to find her niece, Abigail, and searches for the leader of Territory M to see if the walls can come down. She brings two friends with her on her journey to finish what she started back in Territory L.
Emma hides out, trying not to get caught. Who can she trust? Will they find Abigail? Is she still alive? Will they find the newbie camp? Will they find out who the leader of Territory M is? Will the leader help them bring the walls down?
Emma thought escaping from Territory L would solve all of her problems. She soon finds out that escaping to Territory M is not all she envisioned it would be. President Esther, Rich, and the leader of Territory M have more in store for Emma than she bargains for.
Take a ride with them as their adventure begins in an abandoned college where they meet up with some unruly characters. Will these people, known as the runaways, be friends or foes?
Emma and her friends—old and new—find themselves searching for places to hide out from President Esther and her henchman Rich, all the while trying to find the leader of Territory M.
Take a ride with Emma as she finds some much-needed answers.

This is an action packed story that keeps you interested from the beginning. While this book is the second in the series I did not find myself lost at all since I did not ready the first book. I found the main character Emma to be very realistic, meaning at times I really liked her and what she was doing and at others I was like why are you doing that. Set in a dystopian   world like Hunger Games or Divergent this is another story where the main character is struggling to make things better for others. The trials and tribulations they go through are not ones most people would want to deal with, but Emma just wants to find her niece and to have the walls lowered to benefit the people.

From New York Times bestselling authors Catherine Coulter and J.T. Ellison comes a riveting thriller pitting special agents Nicholas Drummond and Michaela Caine against the head of a private space agency who has the power to end the world as we know it.
It’s Bastille Day in France, and the private French space agency Galactus—France’s answer to Space X, owned by the eccentric treasure hunter Jean-Pierre Broussard—has just sent a satellite payload into orbit. Billed as a “communications” satellite, it harbors a frightening reality: a nuclear electromagnetic pulse has been hidden aboard.
In days, when the satellite is in position, Galactus’s head and Broussard’s second in command, Dr. Neveah Patil, will have the power to lay waste to the world with her EMP, and create her own immortality with the Holy Grail––the stones of the heavens and the very treasure Broussard has spent his life searching for.
The countdown has begun, and Special Agents Nicholas Drummond and Michaela Caine will go down to the wire to stop this heinous attack. With their signature “nonstop action with enough realism to keep you thinking and scare the daylights out of you at the same time” (Suspense Magazine), Coulter and Ellison have created a thriller to take you on a breakneck and breathtaking journey.

I always love me a Catherine Coulter FBI story, they never disappoint. Fast paced, and pretty realistic fighting the bad guys. I find it fun and interesting to see the characters Mike and Nicholas again and seeing them becoming more and more real the more time that you spend with them. Their stories are always fast paced, humorous and keep you entertained from the first page to the last.

#1 New York Times bestselling author Dean Koontz brings Jane Hawk's one-woman war to an explosive climax as the rogue FBI agent wages her final battle against a terrifying conspiracy--for vengeance, for justice, and for humanity's freedom.
Groundbreaking, wholly involving, eerily prescient and terrifyingly topical, Dean Koontz's Jane Hawk series sets a new standard for contemporary thrillers. Since her sensational debut in The Silent Corner, readers have been riveted by Jane Hawk's resolute quest to take down the influential architects of an accelerating operation to control every level of society via an army of mind-altered citizens. At first, only Jane stood against the "Arcadian" conspirators, but slowly others have emerged to stand with her, even as there are troubling signs that the "adjusted" people are beginning to spin viciously out of control. Now, in the thrilling, climactic showdown that will decide America's future, Jane will require all her resources--and more--as she confronts those at the malevolent, impregnable center of power.

Another Jane Hawk book is one that I do enjoy getting my hands on. They are fast paced, keep you interested from he first page to the last, and this book did not disappoint. One of the things about this series is that even though you know it is fiction the story is real enough that you can actually see it happening in real life.

Unless the fire of his passion can melt Adeline’s resolve. . .and he can find a way to be the Wickedly Wonderful Widow’s lover for all time?

This was another fun quick read book. A story of two people who keep having the wrong impressions of one another. Until they finally stop looking for the bad in one another and start to let their blooming attraction to each other blossom.

The characters  are very likable and funny from the girls in the school to the nosey neighbors  and  interfering  family members.  I love the idea that Adeline and the other widows of the disastrous boating accident that left them all widows. Starting a school for the daughters of those on the boat to give them a better chance at life is a great backdrop for this story.

Brenda Grant has no desire to marry. Ever since her first, horrible marriage she's made herself into a hellion of a woman to keep men from wanting her. But the Campbells, her previous husband's family, are determined to find her a new husband.
Highland Chief Bothan Gunn is smitten by the woman who won't be tamed. It takes all Brenda's willpower to resist the brawny Highlander who takes her to safety. But as they spend time together—and grow ever closer—Brenda finally finds the freedom she's been longing for all along.

I love a good Highlander book, and while I completely loved Brenda and Bothan I found that this story was pretty slow to start and thankfully it did pick up some speed and kept my attention throughout the end of the book. Bothan knows that they should be together, but he’s had a hard time convincing Brenda of that fact. This makes for a great story.
