I really enjoy cookbooks, mainly because I like looking at the pictures and wishing what I made would look like the perfect picture. I have dabbled with Keto and have found it to be difficult to fully commit to trying it out. This book was a great resource that provides a ton of basic and elementary information and recipes. I enjoyed this book very much, and while I’m still reluctant to jump fully onto the Keto train I will be including some of the recipes from this book and the knowledge I learned in this book into my cooking and planning now.
